ESP Softworks operates espsoftworks.com and sells downloadable business-lead datasets. This page describes the information the store collects when you browse, buy, or write to us.

Orders

Checkout asks for your name, company, billing address, phone, and email address so WooCommerce can create the order, send the receipt, and provide the download. Payment details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. This site does not store full card numbers.

Downloads

After a successful payment, the order page and the order email include access to the CSV. Download access lasts 7 days.

Contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message so we can reply. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers in that form.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep a cart, complete checkout, and remember cookie choices. Those cookies are required for the store to take an order.

What we do not do

We do not sell your account or order details as a lead list. The datasets for sale are separate files of public business information, described on each product page.
