These terms apply to purchases from ESP Softworks at espsoftworks.com.

Products

Products are digital CSV files of business records. There is no physical shipment and no shipping charge. The price shown on the product page is the price charged at checkout, before any tax the payment provider or your location requires.

Delivery

After payment is confirmed, WooCommerce adds the file to the order and the receipt email. Download access lasts 7 days. There is no fixed limit on the number of downloads during that period.

If a paid file does not appear on the order, contact us through the contact form and include the order number.

What the file is

Records come from publicly available business sources. A file may include company name, phone, website, address, and category. Not every record has every field. The current files do not include email addresses.

Records are not a statement that a business asked to be contacted, opted into marketing, or will respond. Contact details change. Deliverability is not guaranteed.

Use

You may use a purchased file for your own prospecting, research, and business development. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying public information, and it is not an exclusive license.

Checkout

You must provide accurate billing details. Coupons apply only when you enter a valid code. The store does not add a coupon to your cart automatically.
